Extremely Expresso Subic

Whenever I am in Subic, I make it a point to hang out at Xtremely Xpresso Cafe in Subic. It is situated on a corner at the back of the Legenda Hotel, parallel to the boardwalk.

I wasn't able to take pictures of what we ordered that afternoon, but it was just cake and coffee. On the other times I have visited the place, I have ordered their huge 22 inch pizza, the Big Ben that included all their toppings. The pizza is so big, that two slices and you're done. It's the perfect meal for sharing, pambarkada.

For the pasta, I have tasted their Blackened Chicken Alfredo, the Aglio Olio, and their Parmigiana. For entrees, I recommend their Cordon Bleu and the Chicken Cacciatore. Also try their Grilled Fish in Mango Salsa if you want to have some seafood. The Bacon Cheeseburger is also an excellent choice. The cheese just oozes out of the bun.

I also like their Baby Back Ribs, but the taste is inconsistent. I have ordered their ribs 4 times already, and at one time, it tasted excellent and on another one, bland. But generally, it was okay. So just tell the waiter that how you want your ribs to be and tell him you are expecting it to be good. (That's a trick I usually do.)

Their coffee is Lavazza, however, sometimes, they do mic their drinks wrongly, putting in to much milk, or not steaming it properly. Their cakes are not spectacular, and so are their desserts, which is disappointing I guess being a cafe.

So what makes me come back over and over again? I think it's the place, the ambience. I have my meetings here, take my laptop out (they have wifi) or read a magazine or two. It's just the perfect spot in Subic to kill time. So once you've sampled their entrees, and have eaten lunch or dinner, you'll find yourself sipping a cup of coffee in the afternoons. Well, for a frequent Subic goer, Xtremely Xpresso has already made it's mark in my itinerary.

  2. My friends and I really love to eat at extremely expresso here at SM Clark Pampanga, no problem with the food because we love to eat almost all, since it opened we were regular costumers already, my comment is that the staff are NOT that friendly they dont even smile at customers and they look suplada. Since it opened we were requesting for a discount card and we were not lucky enough to have one till this day. cmbpgfy
